Netherlands - Amersfoort - De Hoge Veluwe

On the way to Amersfoort and almost at the end of my time in The Netherlands, we stopped at the Kröller-Müller Museum. The Kröller-Müller Museum is a national art museum and sculpture garden, located in the Hoge Veluwe National Park in Otterlo in the Netherlands. Portrait_of_Helene_Müller_and_Anton_KröllerThe museum was founded by art collector Helene Kröller-Müller and opened in 1938. It has the second-largest collection of paintings by Vincent van Gogh, after the Van Gogh Museum.
I spent most of my time there outside, roaming the grounds of the museum. In one section, the ground seemed covered in self-sown pine trees.
